Questions covered in this guide
Operator and privacy contact
Kibeho Holdings LLC operates this website. Contact mfontaine@kibehoholdings.net for questions, corrections or requests concerning your information. This notice describes our own website and request handling; another provider may have its own privacy notice.
Your inputs and saved scenarios
Calculator inputs and coverage worksheets are handled in your browser. Calculator results do not require a name, email, phone, street address or document upload. An optional follow-up form asks for a name, project ZIP, state, timing and role, along with the project details you choose to carry forward. It asks for an email address if you choose an email response, or a phone number if you choose a person-to-person call. This request is stored for the named site team in an encrypted application database, with a private Google Drive copy when connected. Contact fields are not sent to analytics or automatically sent to contractors, insurers or other companies. Unless you enable the optional working copy described below, comparison entries last only on the current page; leaving or reloading clears them. Printing uses your browser and does not email or upload a report.
Quote requests and optional provider contact
When you submit a quote request, we store your contact details, service, location, timing, decision-making role and project or coverage answers. Your required permission covers a reply from our team. A separate, unchecked option lets you request contact from up to 3 contractors or licensed insurance agencies or insurers relevant to your request, by your selected email or person-to-person call. Those providers may pay us for the request. This separate permission does not include automated calls, texts, unrelated marketing or further resale. No match, quote or appointment is guaranteed. If you leave it unchecked, we do not sell or share your contact details with providers. Older requests retain their original permissions. Use your private receipt to stop our follow-up and future sharing; contact any provider that already received your request to stop its follow-up. Contact information is encrypted in our database and may be copied to our private Google Drive for request handling. The form identifies the operator and response channel. The configured contact retention period applies; audit records may remain without contact details.
Quote choices and provider sharing
Your selected state, project type, equipment, material and window count can be carried into the quote journey in this browser tab. These non-contact choices are available for 30 minutes and can be cleared in the quote journey. They are not sent to analytics. An unchecked sharing option appears only when a provider has approved specific project fields. Selecting it sends those fields to the chosen provider when you continue; it does not send contact details or authorize marketing. The provider collects any contact details and permissions on its own site. Contractor and insurance coverage comparisons offer an unchecked option to keep a working copy in the same browser tab. When enabled, entered prices, scope choices and notes are available to restore for 30 minutes after the latest edit. Unchecking removes the saved copy; without saving, leaving or reloading clears the entries. Browser storage must be available. These comparison entries are not sent to analytics, us or a provider. Copy-question buttons place only the selected proposal or policy option’s entries and follow-up questions on your clipboard; you decide whether to share them.
Optional measurement
Optional analytics start off. If you enable them, the browser sends a random session identifier, page path, broad traffic channel, a coarse small/medium/large layout group and interaction names such as calculation completion or printing. The active experiment arm and a page’s geographic identifier may also be recorded. The analytics database does not store calculator values, IP addresses, full referring URLs or free-text policy details.
Browser choices
The analytics choice is stored in local storage; the anonymous identifier, arrival channel and last-activity time are stored in session storage. A new anonymous session starts after 30 minutes without an event. Turning measurement off clears those session values. The footer lets you turn measurement off. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent collection even if you previously enabled analytics. Browser settings can clear stored data. An experiment may use a separate random session value to keep its assigned layout consistent; this does not enable analytics. The private owner workspace uses a separate login cookie in production.
Retention, withdrawal and service providers
Contact details are available to our team for up to 30 days after submission, unless you withdraw earlier. After that period, access is disabled and the next scheduled cleanup removes the encrypted contact fields. Raw optional analytics are removed after 90 days by the same cleanup process. Cleanup is scheduled every six hours; a service failure can delay removal until a successful run. We retain consent and operational audit records separately from contact details. Withdrawal removes the active contact fields and queues removal of any private Drive copy. It does not immediately erase a provider’s copy, Drive Trash, recovery copies or hosting logs.
Hosting and security records
We use Vercel to host the website and Neon for the application database. These providers process technical information necessary to serve requests, protect the service and operate their infrastructure. Our application does not intentionally put contact fields or calculator inputs into analytics or application logs. Hosting logs and database recovery copies follow the applicable provider’s settings and retention practices. A private Google Drive storage copy is used only when that connection is enabled. We do not claim that active-record deletion instantly removes all historical recovery copies.
Optional guide heatmaps and recordings
If you separately allow guide recordings, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation on public guide pages and improve those pages. Clarity processes browsing and device information through cookies and related technologies and produces heatmaps and masked session replays. The site loads Clarity only after that choice; prior permission for our own analytics does not enable it.
Your guide-recording choices
Clarity is excluded from calculators, quote-request forms, private receipts and the owner workspace. Page text is masked. We do not send contact details, calculator entries or custom personal identifiers to Clarity. We request analytics storage only and deny advertising storage. Turning analytics off disables future collection and reloads the current page. It does not delete data already processed by Microsoft. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent loading Clarity.
Microsoft processing and retention
Microsoft's processing and retention are described in its Privacy Statement and Clarity documentation. The existing 90-day cleanup statement refers to our own analytics database, not Microsoft's records.
